How much will the cost be?
According to the probate code under California law §10810 (a), if a lawyer provides standard or normal legal assistance, that lawyer will be paid a sum depending on the financial worth of the estate as provided . For the starting $100,000 the attorney will receive 4%, the following $100,000 is 3%, 2% for the following $800,000, the following $9,000,000 will receive 1%, ½% for the following $15,000,000 and the quantity given for sums that are higher than $25,000,000 is decided through the court.
Under §10811(a), the payment that an attorney who provides exceptional legal assistance receives are subject to further payment than the payment the lawyer receives under §10810 decided by the court.
