Probate code §1600-16015 specifically details the job of the individual who handles the trust. There are a number of obligations and conditions that the individual must adhere to.

  • Cannot handle a separate trust that is in opposition with the original trust
  • Required to get rid of the opposition

What the Administration of the Trust Must Fulfill

Under §16009 an individual who handles the trusts must maintain which belongings belong to the trust and which do not, as well as make sure which belongings are part of the trust are labeled as such. The individual who handles the trust has many tasks that they must do for trust administration as listed in §16005-16012.
